Shelby grew up in a family of water lovers so it's no wonder she's embraced the power of the waves. She's a top ranked surfer in the HASA and teaches children with autism the art of surfing and body boarding, and women how to use stand up paddling as a breast cancer recovery tool.

From Rugby League to award-winning ocean and lifestyle photography, Russell found his passion through adventure and the discovery of the untouched/unseen wilderness. His pictures blend the environment with real-life story telling, with a focus on "images that can make a difference”.

SASCHA RICE
Sascha is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, consultant, public speaker, and teacher. She offers workshops and mentoring to writers, non-profits and corporations and serves on the Board of Advisors of the non-partisan Pat Brown Institute.
JUAN HERNANDEZ
As The Inertia's 'Editor For Good,' Juan works with people around the world who use their attachment to the oceans as inspiration to work selflessly for others. He's learned how a pull toward nature can make the world a better place and is a role model for tomorrow's generation of ocean lovers.
GUS ROXBURGH
A native of New Zealand, Gus has a Masters degree in Environmental Science, worked in this field for many years and has been heavily involved with environmental NGO’s. Also a life-long surfer and one of the founding member of Surf Aid international, Gus is passionate about sharing his love and appreciation of the ocean environment with others.
